This is a general Weightlifting program designed to improve technique and strength. This contains 3 training days per week. Each workout lasts about an hour, and includes a Snatch and Clean & Jerk related movement, along with assistance and accessory exercises. This is for anyone with previous experience performing the Olympic lifts.
Individualized Remote Programming tailored towards your specific strengths & weaknesses. Open to CrossFitters, Weightlifters, or anyone wanting to improve the Olympic lifts.
Our Competitor’s Program is catered towards intermediate athletes wanting to compete in local and National competitions. Athletes can be local or out of state.
